United Talent is immediately hiring a Japanese Translator for a company in Buffalo, WV!
Pay: $22/hour
Location: Buffalo, WV
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Duties:
- Interpret English to Japanese and Japanese to English during meetings
- Translate Japanese documents into English daily, including operation manuals and technical engineering documents
- Translate English documents into Japanese as needed, including contracts and customer/supplier correspondence
- Assist Japanese visitors with relocation, transportation, and personal matters
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
- Ability to follow regulations, standards, safety, and environmental procedures
- Well versed in commonly used business and technical terminology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
Language Skills:
- Fluent in both English and Japanese
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand both languages professionally
- Additional language skills preferred
Computer/Software Skills:
- Excellent computer skills in both English and Japanese software environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel spreadsheets
