Job description

Robert Half is partnering with an immigration law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify an Immigration Paralegal who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.

Location: HYBRID - Greater Seattle Area

Pay Rate: $26-32 per hour

Duration: 6+ months, potential for extension

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble employment-based immigration petitions, including EB-1A, O-1, and other visa categories.
  • Draft petition letters and supporting documents while managing case filings with USCIS.
  • Work directly with clients to gather evidence, exhibits, and required documentation for visa applications.
  • Support a Senior Attorney in managing a caseload of up to 20 matters while utilizing AI-driven case management and drafting tools.

Requirements:

  • Prior paralegal experience supporting immigration matters, with direct exposure to visa petition preparation.
  • Working knowledge of EB-1A and O-1.


The salary range for this position is $26-32/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
