- Experience developing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, documenting results, and validating that system changes meet operational and user requirements.
- Ability to support organizational and system changes through stakeholder engagement, communication, training, implementation support, and adoption strategies.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation practices and the ability to identify opportunities to improve documentation accuracy, consistency, completeness, and workflow efficiency.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with providers and clinical teams, understand operational needs, address concerns, and support successful implementation of process and system improvements.
- Strong ability to present information clearly, facilitate meetings and discussions, engage diverse stakeholder groups, and communicate complex information effectively.
- Familiarity with Power BI for reviewing, interpreting, and presenting data through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support operational decision-making.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, patient privacy requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations, with the ability to incorporate compliance considerations into workflows, processes, and system changes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor provider adoption, workflow effectiveness, and operational performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to the Director of Clinical Informatics and Applications.
- Develop operational reports and dashboards to support clinical, operational, quality, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Build collaborative relationships with providers, operational leaders, Information Technology, and multidisciplinary teams while participating in committees, workgroups, and assigned organizational initiatives.
- Monitor emerging healthcare technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement and innovation.
