Job description

This position is $150,000 - $200,000 OTE first year with generous base salary, car/phone allowance, and rewarding commission/bonus opportunity!
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Raleigh-Durham area. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and lead generation to closing deals. We are looking for self-starters with a hunter's mentality, who are motivated by the opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals.
  • Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process.
  • Build rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales.
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and track all client and lead information.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
  • Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling, both over the phone and in the field
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing territories
  • Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to lead client meetings and effectively communicate our service offerings
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with operations and other sales team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
