Job description

We are seeking a TSG Support Technician with Driving to join our team for a 12-month onsite contract opportunity in Coppell, TX.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: TSG Support Technician with Driving
  • Location: Coppell, TX 75019
  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Pay Rate: $27.65/hour on W2
  • Shift: 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for computer and telecommunication systems.
  • Install software, perform updates, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Manage equipment exchanges and inventory.
  • Assist end users with technical problems and system usage.
  • Travel to various locations using a personal vehicle to provide on-site IT support.
  • Support technology infrastructure and maintain system functionality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • A+ Certification required.
  • Experience with desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
