Job description

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an innovative Courseware Revision Developer to join our dedicated team full-time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the EA-18G by providing technical and tactical content for courseware.
  • Provide SME inputs to Training Departments on current and future operational employment and relevant Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency with appropriate TTPs, SME lectures, and provide input to developing tactics.
  • Coordinate lesson revision input with Instructors and SMEs and transform it into fully functioning, immersive courseware.
  • Provide Tactics Instructors recommendations in support of aircrew execution.
  • Monitor Stan / Eval trends and initiate revisions in courseware to address customer trends.
  • Monitor courseware currency in assigned academic areas of responsibility.
  • Provide content input for all lesson revisions for which they are the primary SME.
  • Identify areas of instruction requiring immediate attention.
  • Review all aircraft and operations-related publications for updated information to be incorporated into courseware and training materials.
  • Conduct all other duties as directed/assigned in the Statement of Work / Contract.
  • Conduct all other tasks as directed by Site Lead / Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance

EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduate of the Navy Airborne Electronic Attack Weapons School (HAVOC) [ACTC Level 5 qualification] and have completed a Training Officer tour

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous NATOPS qualified aircrew member (Pilot or Electronic Warfare Officer) of the EA-18G within the preceding 2 years.
  • Minimum of 750 flying hours in the EA-18G
  • Upon hire, will be subject to additional Government vetting in IAW requirements

Physical Requirements:
  • Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
  • Requires mental alertness and acute concentration, the physical ability to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Present a professional appearance.
