Description
We are hiring a Corporate Development Associate to work closely with the Sr. Manager to assess opportunities, run key analyses, and support end-to-end deal execution and integration. In this role, you will contribute across the transaction lifecycle - helping develop deal rationale, build and refine financial models, coordinate diligence workstreams, and prepare executive-ready materials. You will join a small, high-impact, productive team. In this role you will be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive - translating complex strategic and technical information into structured recommendations, learning quickly, and operating with high ownership under guidance from the Corporate Development team.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Financial analysis and modeling of acquisition target companies and divestiture opportunities
  • Performing industry research and competitive analysis for potential acquisitions and divestitures
  • Identifying and assessing key profit drivers, risks, and synergies related to potential transactions
  • Contributing throughout the full acquisition process (origination, analysis, diligence, closing, integration)
  • Engaging with relevant stakeholders (investment banks, private equity) to facilitate deal activity
  • Tracking opportunities, deal context, and pipeline activity in the corporate development CRM to maintain a single source of truth
  • Preparing and presenting management and board-level materials
  • Helping build the team's processes, tools, and playbooks as we continue to grow

Basic Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Consulting or Private Equity
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including building and interpreting financial/valuation and other quantitative analyses (e.g., operating models, comparable companies/precedent transactions, valuation analysis)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize and redesign workflows for measurable impact - applying responsible practices and continuously developing skills in emerging capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
