This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency with U.S. government customers. As a change management professional, you'll use critical thinking skills, change management experience, and project management skills to help government customers solve pressing organizational challenges.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, and business analysis

  • Experience with policy andgovernanceprocesses in the Intel Community

  • Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinkingand clearly articulate analysis in writing

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience running and managing governance forums with senior leaders in the Intel Community

  • Experience working with executives

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
