What are some common challenges faced by contract CDL drivers and how can they be managed?

Contract CDL drivers often encounter challenges such as variable schedules, adjusting to different types of equipment, and adapting to diverse company policies. Additionally, networking with other drivers and maintaining good relationships with dispatchers can make transitions between contracts smoother.
