Job description

IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper for a Southern California-based, full-service contract manufacturer specializing in dietary supplements, vitamins, and nutritional products in Ontario, CA.

The main focus of this role is managing QuickBooks functions, including invoicing, billing, and data entry, while also supporting customer service and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, billing, and payments using QuickBooks
  • Maintain accurate financial and customer records
  • Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate and track shipments and deliveries
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and carriers regarding orders and logistics
  • Perform data entry and administrative support duties
  • Assist with order processing and documentation
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Strong QuickBooks experience required
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Logistics or transportation experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Compensation: $22 - $25 hr.
