The National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is actively recruiting Automotive Technicians for Butler Honda. If you're an experienced technician looking for a long-term career with outstanding earning potential, a busy service department, and one of the area's premier dealerships, this is your opportunity.

Honda or import dealership experience is highly preferred. ASE and OEM-certified technicians are strongly encouraged to apply, but we are also interested in motivated technicians looking to advance their careers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda and other import vehicles

  • Perform advanced diagnostics using OEM equipment

  • Complete maintenance services, brake repairs, suspension work, drivability repairs, electrical diagnostics, engine repairs, and more

  • Perform quality multi-point inspections

  • Maintain accurate repair documentation

  • Work efficiently while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction

  • Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2–4 years of automotive technician experience preferred

  • Honda or other import dealership experience preferred

  • ASE Certifications and/or Honda OEM Certifications are a plus

  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Must provide personal technician tools

  • Clean driver's license

  • Professional attitude with a strong work ethic

  • Team player committed to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
