Position Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support office administration and day‑to‑day operational activities, including product tasting preparation and internal coordination. This role is essential in enabling smooth office operations and supporting teams through hands‑on administrative execution. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling practical, on‑site support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Support

  • Provide general office administrative support, including scheduling, coordination, and follow‑ups

  • Organize and maintain documentation, including invoices, contracts, and internal records

  • Support internal processes such as approvals, forms, and basic payment request submissions


Tasting & On‑Site Support

  • Prepare and support product tastings, including setup, material preparation, and clean‑up

  • Coordinate tasting schedules and ensure products, samples, and materials are ready on time

  • Assist with inventory tracking of tasting samples and office samples

  • Support marketing during tastings, internal meetings, or office events as needed


Coordination & Operational Support

  • Assist with meeting coordination.

  • Support data entry, tracking, and simple spreadsheet updates

  • Provide hands‑on support for day‑to‑day operational and administrative needs

  • Assist with ad hoc office and team support tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Comfortable with administrative tasks, data entry, and simple tracking

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to support on‑site tasks such as tastings and office operations

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn

  • Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus

The base salary for this position is between $19.00 and $24.00 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
