Client Command has an exciting opportunity for a Content Strategist. The Content Strategist receives and analyzes content-related performance data to make data driven content recommendations (visual design, wording, incentives, offers, website links and routing) for clients to enhance the performance of their marketing and improve engagement and drive leads.
The Content Strategist creates and places the marketing order and guides the order through its fulfillment by various internal teams, ensuring that all marketing abides by state, federal, and manufacturer guidelines. Serves as a content expert and may occasionally be called on to communicate that expertise directly to clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Make strategic content recommendations to Dealer Services Account Executives and clients.
  • Work closely with our Dealer Services Account Executives to understand client requests and to deliver key insights to clients.
  • Analyze reports to uncover key insights that drive better content performance in future campaigns.
  • Analyze and tailor marketing incentives.
  • Manage cross-department campaign content communication.
  • Translate between our sales team and our campaign operation teams.
  • Learn, interpret, and apply Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) compliance regulations.
  • Initiate the Quality Assurance (QA) process for marketing campaigns.
  • Monthly analyze content campaign performance.
  • Complete daily fulfillment tracking documentation.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably within the scope of the role.

Requirements:
  • Experience working in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel data entry.
  • College degree or equivalent experience in the marketing/advertising industry.
  • Knowledge of general marketing/advertising best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours outside of 9am - 5pm when necessary, especially during the first half of the calendar month.
  • In-office expectation of at least 1-2 days per month.

Preferred:
  • Experience working in the automotive vertical.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, and/or account management.
  • Experience working in Adobe design programs.
  • Knowledge of advertising guidelines and/or co-op requirements across automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Experience using multiple advertising media channels (digital, social, email, direct mail, phone calls, etc).
  • Experience performing data analysis to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
