Bring your creativity to Enstrom Candies, where tradition meets innovation. As our Content Marketing Specialist, you'll create engaging campaigns, tell authentic stories, and help share the sweetness of a brand that's been delighting customers for generations.

Essential Position Functions:

The Content Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting Enstrom Candies' marketing goals through the development and execution of engaging social media content, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives. This role works closely with the Marketing Director and Creative Director to implement strategies that drive engagement, grow brand awareness, and support business objectives, within Enstrom Candies' established brand voice. This is a newly created position focused on supporting Enstrom Candies' efforts in digital engagement and marketing content creation.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Write marketing copy for emails, social posts, and digital marketing materials. Source and coordinate photography, graphics, and other assets as needed, working in collaboration with the Creative Team.

Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Ensure consistency in posting cadence, alignment with marketing objectives, and adherence to Enstrom's brand voice and visual standards. Content will support both e-commerce initiatives and Enstrom retail locations.

Engagement & Community: Monitor social channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive online community that reflects Enstrom Candies' brand values.

Email Marketing: Develop and execute seasonal and automated email campaigns to support brand engagement, retention, e-commerce goals and in-store promotions. Collaborate on content calendars and campaign schedules to ensure alignment with marketing strategy and brand standards.

Campaign, Brand Alignment & Events: Assist in planning and executing seasonal marketing campaigns to support company goals, ensuring all digital marketing efforts align with Enstrom Candies' established brand standards, tone, and visual guidelines. Provide hands-on support for brand events, activations, and community experiential marketing efforts.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of email and social campaigns. Track engagement, open rates, click-through rates, and provide insights to inform future strategies.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with both Marketing and Creative teams to align digital content with larger marketing campaigns and business goals. Collaborate with Retail and Production departments as needed.

Learning & Growth: Stay informed on trends, best practices, and evolving tools within digital marketing, social media, and email strategy. Actively seek feedback and skill development opportunities.

Requirements

Skill & Ability:

Two-year to four-year Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Ability to share a portfolio or examples of previous work in social media, email marketing, or digital content creation.

Understands the principles of effective visual communication and maintains consistency in brand style, tone, and presentation.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction accurately.

Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite).

Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).

Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Express).

Understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).

Willingness to learn internal platforms (e.g., inventory management, project management software).

Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and a willingness to learn how design impacts user experience across digital platforms.

Strong organizational skills and file management habits.

Collaborative mindset with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.

Valid Colorado driver's license and insured personal vehicle for business use. Demonstrated ability and willingness to drive between company locations and event sites as required.

Ability to work additional hours or travel as needed.
