Job description

PA-AI is a human-centered artificial intelligence platform that helps organizations make better product, innovation, business, and marketing decisions.

The platform combines advanced AI with a deeper understanding of human behavior, emotion, perception, aspiration, and trust. It helps teams identify opportunities, evaluate ideas, reduce risk, and create products, services, brands, and experiences that people genuinely value.

PA-AI is built on Psycho-Aesthetics®, a proprietary methodology developed and refined by RKS Design through more than 45 years of innovation and product-development work. The methodology has been applied across hundreds of programs in industries including consumer products, technology, medical devices, life sciences, transportation, home appliances, and packaged goods.

We are building a multidisciplinary team at the intersection of artificial intelligence, software, design, human behavior, marketing, and business strategy.

The Opportunity

PA-AI is seeking an AI Content & Marketing Associate to help build brand awareness and introduce the platform to a broader audience.

This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is excited about artificial intelligence, social media, video production, digital marketing, and emerging technology.

The role will create content, manage social channels, support campaigns, assist with CRM outreach, and translate complex ideas about AI and human-centered innovation into clear and engaging communications.

The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can move from concept to published content. You should be comfortable learning new tools, editing video, writing social posts, organizing campaigns, and using AI to improve the speed and quality of your work.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Brand Development

  • Help develop content that increases awareness of PA-AI and Psycho-Aesthetics®.
  • Translate complex product, business, design, and AI concepts into clear and engaging communications.
  • Explain what PA-AI does, how it works, and why its approach is different.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging approach.
  • Identify relevant trends and conversations where PA-AI can contribute a distinctive point of view.

Social Media and Content Production

  • Create, edit, schedule, and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Produce short-form videos, product demonstrations, case studies, interviews, social graphics, carousels, and promotional content.
  • Adapt reports, presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations into social and digital content.
  • Write captions, headlines, calls to action, video scripts, campaign copy, and website content.
  • Maintain an organized editorial calendar and production schedule.

Video and Visual Storytelling

  • Develop video concepts and storyboards that explain PA-AI in an engaging and understandable way.
  • Edit short- and long-form videos for social media, marketing, education, and presentations.
  • Combine screen recordings, motion graphics, narration, photography, stock footage, music, and AI-generated assets.
  • Create versions for different platforms, audiences, formats, and durations.
  • Improve hooks, pacing, thumbnails, titles, and calls to action based on performance.

AI-Enabled Marketing

  • Use AI tools for research, ideation, copywriting, image creation, video production, voice synthesis, editing, and content repurposing.
  • Test emerging AI tools and recommend those that improve quality, efficiency, or reach.
  • Help develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows for content and campaign production.
  • Review AI-generated materials for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
  • Document useful prompts, templates, and production practices.

CRM and Outreach Support

  • Use CRM and outreach platforms to organize contacts, support campaigns, and track engagement.
  • Assist with prospect lists, email sequencing, audience segmentation, lead tracking, and follow-up.
  • Help create targeted content for prospective customers, partners, investors, and industry influencers.
  • Coordinate marketing activity with sales and business-development priorities.
  • Maintain accurate campaign and contact records.

Performance and Collaboration

  • Track reach, engagement, audience growth, video completion, website traffic, inquiries, and lead activity.
  • Prepare concise reports showing what is working and what should be tested next.
  • Collaborate with company leadership, designers, researchers, strategists, marketers, and software developers.
  • Support product launches, demonstrations, webinars, presentations, events, and customer communications.
  • Help explain and demonstrate new PA-AI platform features.

Qualifications and Capabilities

  • Recent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience creating, editing, or publishing content through university projects, internships, freelance assignments, personal channels, or previous employment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong video-editing and storytelling skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Experience using current AI tools for content generation, image creation, video production, voice synthesis, copywriting, research, or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
  • Strong writing, editing, presentation, and verbal-communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technology clearly and accurately.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage multiple assignments.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
  • A portfolio of social content, video, writing, campaign, or AI-assisted creative work is strongly preferred.

Additional Skills That Are a Plus

  • Increase brand awareness, audience engagement, website traffic, and qualified inquiries.
  • Develop efficient AI-assisted production workflows without sacrificing quality.
  • Support CRM outreach and business-development priorities.
  • Build a strong understanding of PA-AI and communicate its value confidently.
