Job description

Our client, Just Flow is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist.
Just Flow Events & Marketing is seeking a full-time Content Marketing Specialist at our
Manchester, New Hampshire office. We are looking for an A-Team player who can take a
client's core messaging and transform it into engaging, original content that educates,
entertains, and inspires. You should love brainstorming new angles, finding stories others
overlook, and turning everyday business topics into content people actually want to read.
While you’ll collaborate closely with our team, we’re looking for a self-starter who is
confident making strategic decisions, taking initiative, and owning projects from concept
through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
● Obsess over quality. Apply creative marketing thinking and consumer psychology to
produce compelling content while maintaining exceptional standards for writing,
editing, proofreading and accuracy
● Understand and implement core social media strategic communication elements:
target audience(s), core messaging pillars, brand voice, and brand standards for
each client with the ultimate goal of creating an overarching social media strategy
● Create compelling copy, graphics, and video based on nuances for each social
media platform, with a creative knack to find fresh angles on similar topics
● Proactively identify opportunities (seasonal, trending, public relations, community)
before the client does to enhance social media content potency and support a strong
online presence and continued growth
● Develop, manage and optimize content calendars and posting schedules using
engagement data, platform analytics, and campaign performance
● Collaborate with subject matter experts on our team as well as client representatives
to provide well-rounded, strategic social media support with measurable impact
● Serve as the agency’s social media subject matter expert by monitoring platform
updates, emerging features, evolving best practices, and providing internal training
and recommendations
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, or a
related field
● 3-5 years of professional experience managing social media for businesses or
agencies. Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is
strongly preferred.
● Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
● Demonstrated ability to transform routine business topics into engaging,
audience-focused content through creative storytelling and strategic messaging.
● Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style and brand voice across multiple
industries and audiences.
● Experience interpreting social media analytics and translating insights into
strategic recommendations.
● Experience with Meta Business Suite and at least one social media management
platform (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, SocialPilot, etc.).
● Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and analytical skills.
● Naturally curious with a passion for learning new industries, asking thoughtful
questions, and finding fresh, creative angles to tell a client's story.
● Ability to transition seamlessly from strategy and brainstorming to execution and
day-to-day account management.
● Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment strongly preferred.
Please note: Professional experience refers to managing social media for businesses or
organizations in a professional setting. Personal social media accounts and influencer
experience, while valuable, do not replace professional marketing experience.
Why Join Just Flow Events & Marketing?
At Just Flow, you’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced boutique agency that goes above and
beyond for clients. Our team delivers comprehensive marketing, event planning, corporate
communications, graphic design, web management, and more. We thrive on teamwork, diverse

● Generous Paid Time Off Policy
● Hybrid schedule with flexibility around core hours

● 401(k) Plan with 3.5% company match, fully vested after one year of employment
● Bi-Annual Company Celebrations
● Spirit Days and Team Building Contests
● Creative Summer Hours
● Daily Office Snacks and Free Food Friday
We value innovation and always reward contributions, regularly introducing new perks and
