Content Manager

Position
Our company is seeking a passionate and highly experienced Content Manager to join our team. This role is critical in contributing to our growth and establishing Aebi Schmidt as a new player in the North American market as well as supporting our brands in achieving their ambitious growth targets.
You will develop, create, and curate high-quality blog and social media content, write product copy and create videos across various business units, while also managing posting activities and responses on our social media channels. Your primary focus will be on producing engaging, informative, and compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand strategies.
This role operates within a dedicated team of two, led by the Brand Manager, ensuring strategic alignment and guidance. The team is additionally supported by specialist positions (e.g. design, event coordinators, product experts), enabling you to collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and enhance the overall quality and impact of the content you produce.
Additionally, and in close cooperation with the team leads at our headquarters in Europe, you will own our overall content strategy, working on product brand fundamentals and creating community leadership in the industry.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and write high-quality blog content that aligns with our brand voice, style, and messaging, reflecting the diverse range of businesses within Aebi Schmidt North America, including MB, Utilimaster, Spartan RV Chassis, Monroe, Towmaster, Meyer, Swenson, Magnum, Strobes-r-us, Schmidt, and Aebi.
  • Create and curate content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, but also for email marketing purposes.
  • Build strong relationships across the company and globally, leveraging organizational awareness to involve the right people at the right time.
  • Adapt to dynamic and changing conditions, getting things done efficiently and effectively.
  • Write engaging copy and captions for social media posts and blog articles that inspire and educate our target audience; manage the posting schedule and responses to social media posts.
  • Write clear, persuasive, and accurate product copy across multiple business units as well as for brand literature such as sell-sheets and similar.
  • Co-own and develop the overall content strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and brand messaging.
  • Ensure consistency across the brands and the group, collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team to align with marketing strategy and goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and social media algorithms to ensure that our content is optimized for maximum engagement and reach.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media and blog content using analytics tools and adjust content strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and campaigns.
  • Passion for the industry and products, with a commitment to contributing to Aebi Schmidt's journey and success.
  • Excellent copywriting and both text and video editing skills (social media, blog platforms, and product descriptions).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to connect with people globally and within the company, with strong organizational awareness.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage with audiences effectively.
  • Ability to understand and connect with target group requirements, delivering consistent core messaging from different angles to maintain interest.
