What Will You Do?
At Zero Zone, we design and manufacture industry-leading refrigerated display cases and sustainable refrigeration systems that help food retailers operate more efficiently while reducing environmental impact. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a strategic and creative marketing professional to help elevate our brand, expand industry visibility, and strengthen customer engagement.
The Content & Brand Manager will shape and lead strategies that elevate Zero Zone's visibility, strengthen market positioning, and build preference among customers, partners, consultants, and industry influencers. This role focuses on brand leadership, thought leadership, strategic communications, content direction, events strategy, and performance insights that support long-term business growth.
Strategic Responsibilities Include
Brand Leadership
  • Define and strengthen Zero Zone's brand position across key markets and audiences.
  • Develop messaging frameworks that clearly communicate Zero Zone's value proposition and differentiation.
  • Ensure brand consistency and relevance across customer touchpoints, campaigns, events, and communications.

Content & Thought Leadership
  • Set the annual content strategy to support awareness, credibility, and customer engagement.
  • Guide thought leadership themes across email, website, webinars, events, paid media, and industry communications.
  • Partner with product, engineering, sales, and service teams to translate technical expertise into customer-relevant messaging.

Public Relations & Communications
  • Lead the communications strategy for trade media, industry associations, company announcements, and executive visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for industry recognition, speaking engagements, awards, and public relations visibility.
  • Shape clear, consistent messaging for internal and external audiences.

Digital Brand Presence
  • Guide Zero Zone's digital brand presence across website, organic social, email, and awareness campaigns.
  • Partner with internal and external resources to strengthen audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Use digital performance insights to refine awareness strategies and improve market reach.

Tradeshows & Events
  • Develop events and tradeshow strategies that increase awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and extend Zero Zone's industry presence.
  • Shape pre-event, onsite, and post-event messaging to maximize visibility and business impact.
  • Support strategic customer visits, facility tours, presentations, and speaking opportunities.

Other duties as identified by the Marketing department. Must be willing to travel for occasional events.

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand management, communications, or content strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop brand positioning, messaging, and awareness strategies for complex products or markets.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into customer-focused messaging.
  • Ability to manage priorities, influence cross-functional teams, and use performance insights to guide marketing decisions.

Preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, technical, refrigeration, HVAC, construction, or engineering-related markets.
  • Experience leading brand awareness, thought leadership, public relations, or industry visibility initiatives.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation such as HubSpot, CRM, website analytics, or digital engagement tools.
  • Experience partnering with agencies, freelancers, trade publications, associations, or event partners.
