  • Drive the global conversation platforms and application modernization through Gartner and the media

  • Track global market trends related to core industries, relevant vendors, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • Actively participate in ideation, cohort discussions to establish strong positions on technical topics that impact CIOs
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative studies to establish thought-provoking insights for our C-level clients
  • Identify research process improvements or develop new processes that help the team and the Business and Technology Insights group excel in delivering client value
  • Create thought provoking content for clients
  • Deliver high-quality, actionable advice to an executive client audience, CIOs, AI Leaders, and Technology Executives, through a variety of media.
  • Write evidence-based content that is easily consumed, defensible and actionable.
  • Develop compelling presentations that help clients understand the constantly evolving technology and operation landscape
  • Engage clients in how to achieve their mission critical priorities
  • Advise CIOs and IT Executives in staying ahead in a constantly evolving technology landscape and changing geopolitical uncertainties

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Intellectual curiosity to continuously learn and explore new ideas
  • A deep technical background founded in IT department engineering experience (e.g. platform engineer for AI, systems engineer, information security engineer, cloud engineer, solutions architect etc.)
  • Experience helping organizations be AI readyโ€” specifically, how to modernize data architecture and cloud compute power to deliver responsible and sustainable AI solutions
  • Demonstrate executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables
  • Excellent communicator who can explain complex concepts concisely and simply.
  • Superb written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions.
  • A proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions to client challenges.
  • An ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team
