Job description

Content Marketing Manager
AcuityMD is a software and data platform that accelerates access to medical technologies. We help MedTech companies understand how their products are used, why customers vary, and identify opportunities for physicians to better serve their patients. Each year, the FDA approves ~6,000 new medical devices. Our solution helps MedTech companies get these products to physicians more effectively so they can improve patient care with the latest technology. We're backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health. We're a high-growth AI and Data company scaling rapidly.
In this role, you will help establish AcuityMD as the leading voice in MedTech commercial excellence. You will do this by creating and distributing high-quality content that educates the market, amplifies our brand narrative, and supports demand generation efforts. Working closely with the Head of Brand & Communications, you will transform strategic messaging into compelling stories that drive engagement, build credibility, and generate pipeline.
Team Mission
AcuityMD's mission is to accelerate the adoption of cutting edge medical technology. As part of the marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, testing new campaign ideas, and driving revenue. We're not just marketing a product; we're driving an industry-wide shift in how MedTech companies find and close their best opportunities.
Our focus is on equipping Sales for success, collaborating with Product to refine and communicate our value, and working closely with customers to ensure they get the most out of our solutions. If you're looking for a fast-paced, growing, and collaborative team that makes a positive impact, AcuityMD's marketing team is the place to be.
Responsibilities
  • Own the creation and execution of AcuityMD's content calendar across blog, email, social, customer stories, and thought leadership programs
  • Partner with the Head of Brand & Communications to translate company narrative, positioning, and market insights into compelling content
  • Write and edit a wide range of content including articles, reports, case studies, event content, executive bylines, and customer success stories
  • Support Flywheel and other major company events through content development before, during, and after the event
  • Manage content production workflows and coordinate with internal subject matter experts, customers, freelancers, and agencies
  • Develop content that supports demand generation campaigns and helps prospects move through the buyer journey
  • Partner with Product Marketing to bring new products, features, and customer success stories to market
  • Drive content distribution across owned, earned, and social channels to maximize reach and engagement
  • Measure content performance and use data to continuously improve content quality, audience engagement, and business impact
  • Maintain a high bar for editorial quality, consistency, and brand voice across all published content
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. We believe great talent comes from many paths. We consider a combination of education, training and relevant professional experience when evaluating candidates.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, credible content
  • Experience developing content for multiple formats and stages of the buyer journey
  • Strong interviewing and storytelling abilities, particularly when working with customers and subject matter experts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimize content strategy
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, product, and executive stakeholders
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership from idea through execution
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, MedTech, or other complex technology markets
  • Background in journalism, editorial, research, or communications
  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership or ghostwriting programs
  • Familiarity with SEO, content distribution, and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience producing content tied to conferences, webinars, or field marketing initiatives
