Content Marketing Manager (Full-time | On-site in Austin, TX)
About the Role

Zinda Law Group is seeking a creative, hands-on Content Marketing Manager to own the execution of our content strategy across social media, video, email, web, and thought leadership initiatives.

This role is responsible for bringing the firm's marketing strategy to life through content creation, copywriting, social media management, video production, photography, graphic design, and content distribution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable filming attorneys, editing video, creating graphics, writing copy, managing content calendars, and publishing content across multiple channels.

This position is based in Austin and requires regular in-office collaboration for content capture, attorney interviews, event coverage, and creative production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the firm's content strategy and monthly editorial calendar
  • Capture and create photo, video, graphic, and written content
  • Manage and publish content across social media, email, website, and other digital channels
  • Write and edit content including social posts, blogs, newsletters, website copy, attorney bios, landing pages, and thought leadership articles
  • Interview attorneys and subject matter experts to create engaging educational content
  • Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content
  • Design graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and social assets
  • Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and efficiency
  • Coordinate content shoots, manage content workflows, and maintain content libraries
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Support brand awareness, referral marketing, recruiting, public relations, and attorney thought leadership initiatives

Qualifications Required

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, copywriting, video editing, and social media work
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel publishing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
