Position Summary
The Content Marketing Specialist creates engaging, high-quality content across AMF's family of brands and customer care services. This role brings creativity, curiosity, and strong execution skills to translate complex B2B solutions into compelling stories across digital channels throughout the Americas region that attract, engage, and convert the right bakery customers.
Positioned within the global marketing organization and reporting to the VP, Global Marketing, the Content Marketing Specialist translates strategic inputs from product marketing and sales into compelling, consistent content, while coordinating with regional content peers to ensure alignment, reuse of core assets, and consistency of messaging across regions.
This role works with a collaborative team of marketing professionals inclusive of regional marketing leaders, content marketing, creative services, and digital marketing to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. The Content Marketing Specialist brings the global marketing strategy to life throughout the Americas, ensuring key markets are supported with relevant, performance-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Create and distribute engaging content across digital platforms inclusive of AMF products, services, teammate testimonials, and customer success stories
  • Produce and adapt content formats including:
    • Blogs
    • Whitepapers or downloadables
    • Social media
    • Paid campaign assets
    • Videos (shooting, editing, publishing)
    • Sales presentations
    • Recruitment materials
  • Learn the business of our bakery customers and translate that knowledge into content that attracts similar customers
  • Bring creativity and experimentation to the team to launch digital content that differentiates AMF from competition and garners attention quickly
  • Repurpose, localize, and adapt core product content to support regional needs without duplicating efforts globally
  • Participate in global content planning, idea sharing, and continuous improvement discussions

Lead Generation
  • Support the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to generate marketing-qualified leads
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to distribute content across digital channels and marketing automation platforms
  • Optimize content for performance across channels, formats, and audiences

Sales & Product Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to turn product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies into compelling content that supports the sales funnel
  • Support sales enablement with dynamic presentations, customer case studies, product brochures, and high-impact campaign materials
  • Help ensure content consistency across all brands and customer touchpoints in alignment with AMF Brand Guidelines
  • Help manage the sales portal and other digital tools to ensure accessible content to all sales managers
  • Maintain organized content libraries, calendars, and asset workflows

Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement
  • Track and report on basic content performance metrics for the Americas region
  • Share performance insights and learnings with global content peers to improve content effectiveness across regions
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts of content workflows and standards

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing or content creation
  • Clear written and verbal communication with strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Hands on experience creating video content, social media campaigns, website and blog content, and email marketing campaigns
  • Strong customer focus with competency managing competing priorities and expectations
  • Creative mindset with the ability to use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software, or similar
  • Curious, proactive, independent, and eager to learn in a B2B, technical environment
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content performance metrics
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (CMS, email marketing tools, social scheduling tools, marketing automation)
