Job description

Join our team. Dream big. And achieve more than you thought possible.
We're an innovative e-comm and healthcare brand building something big and straightforward: the best place for those over 45 to get real health care that helps them feel strong, healthy, and happy as they get older. Separately, we also buy and grow businesses that are leaders in their niches.
WHO WE ARE & HOW WE OPERATE
We're a hard-driving, fast-paced team of continuous improvers-a team, not a family-hiring and developing stars (leaders) in every role. We live by six core beliefs that drive massive success:
Remarkable: Go the extra mile to create jaw-dropping experiences (JDCE) that turn first-timers into re-order loyalists-we're in the reorder business. Develop unique superpowers; do what competitors won't.
Adaptable: Lifelong learners who grow or die-learn fast, fail fast, grab ideas anywhere, simplify everything, and proactively fix/improve everything around you.
Accountable: Own your outcomes like it's your company - be demanding yet supportive, 100% responsibility, share updates in Slack/Kustomer (our collective brain), own mistakes and fix them fast.
Speed is King: Act now over perfection; good executed today beats perfect next week. Maniacal urgency, get sh*t done measurably, predisposed to action and efficiency.
Don't Sugar Coat It: Tell the truth straight - tough talks help growth; - uncomfortable conversations fuel progress; no avoidance, speak up respectfully.
Humble: Think of the business first - admit gaps, share wins, own losses, pick what's right over who's right.
Role:
We're looking for a video content writer to join our team. In particular, we want somebody that can grow to be great, an English-speaking detail oriented and reliable all-star to work with our team to create content for our Youtube Channel. In particular, we are looking for someone world class to help us generate more customers (not subscribers) and along the way build an audience that knows us, like us and trusts us (KLT!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining content strategy
- Spotting market trends (for professional women or top 1% entrepreneurs)
- Brainstorming video ideas
- Perfecting video titles
- Researching and writing
- Working with video editors
- Repurposing content on all platforms
- Being a Caleb https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WU92UKza9LA
Long Term Vision
  • We want to train you to become the best in the world at what you do. Our strategy is to invest in your development by working with the best agencies and consultants in the world.
  • We want you to over time be in charge of 90% of content creation.
  • Main Objective: Huge successful YouTube channel for our target avatar/niche
    You're Perfect If You:

If you don't fit some of these but still think you'd be a great fit for the role, please explain your position in your application.
  • You're able to make this your full-time job after the trial period.
  • You're keen on working together for at least three years. I'm looking for someone who wants to play the long-game.
  • You don't mind working evenings and weekends if the occasion calls for it. I love moving fast and working with people from all around the globe. It sometimes requires me and my team to work at odd hours
  • You speak and write English fluently
  • You've got some experience of writing, preferably on the internet. You understand the reasons why writing on the internet is different from academic writing.
  • You've got some interest in entrepreneurship, longevity, health & fitness. Lots of our content will be based around this topic, so having an existing interest in it will make things much more fun.
  • You enjoy learning about new topics.
  • You're good at figuring stuff out. You're willing and able to learn new skills by using Google and YouTube, and don't shy away from responsibility
  • You have experience of growing on social media, either for yourself or for other people

What you get:
  • Development - You'll learn / improve a set of very useful skills like writing, content marketing, research, advertising, managing a team, managing a business, video production, video editing etc.
  • Trajectory - You will be part of the team that is the industry leader and is looking to scale it even farther.
  • Flexibility - You'll work from home at whatever hours suit you best.
  • Impact - Your work will be seen by millions of people around the world and inspire the next generation of young people to work high paying jobs and work on themselves.
  • Ownership - If you've got fun or interesting ideas that align with the business goals, you'll have free reign to make them happen without having to wade through red tape and middle-management.
  • Mentorship - You'll work directly with the two-cofounders, for whatever that's worth. I'd hope you'd be able to learn from our experience of building & scaling high growth enterprises, doing marketing, sales and wearing lots of hats at once.
  • Stable, predictable income (no chasing clients or lessons)
  • Remote freedom (webcam + fast internet required)
  • Growth track-top performers level up fast & can move to sales, marketing, ops, leadership
  • Be part of building something huge in longevity (helping customers live longer, healthier-meaningful AF

    • Then every week we review all tweets and threads produced. And look for content that has outperformed our other content. This gives us an indicator that we've struck a nerve. And gives us confidence to turn that tweet/thread into a long-form YouTube video
  • High work ethic (Monday-Saturday)
  • Be a team player committed to client wins.
    Key Results:
