Position Overview

Seeking a Guide Transformation Analyst with a strong mortgage background to support guide governance, content updates, optimization, and transformation initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with familiarity with AI tools.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Review and support updates to guides, ensuring alignment with policy and governance standards.

  • Support guide governance, content maintenance, and change management activities.

  • Review content for accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance.

  • Collaborate with policy, operations, legal, technology, and other stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve content, processes, and customer experience.

  • Utilize AI tools/Generative AI to support content analysis, governance, and process efficiency.

  • Maintain documentation and support reporting and tracking activities.

  • Manage multiple priorities and deliverables independently.

Required Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience with a strong mortgage industry background.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

  • Experience reviewing and supporting guide, policy, or procedural updates.

  • Ability to ensure content aligns with policy and governance requirements.

  • Familiarity with AI tools/Generative AI.

  • Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 tools.

Preferred
  • Experience in mortgage servicing, underwriting, origination, or secondary market operations.
