  • Spearhead AI communications strategy, leveraging Copilot AI Agents and emerging AI tools to enable agentic, scalable communications capabilities.

  • Establish AI governance and best practices for AI-enabled, human-inspected workflows.

  • Develop AI prompt engineering libraries, playbooks, and training to drive AI adoption across Business.

  • Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market.

  • Support integration of SharePoint, Adobe, and future MarTech capabilities to transform customer communications and onboarding

  • Hours are 8a-4p or 9a-5p CST
