About Capriotti's

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is a fast-growing, family-founded sandwich brand known for slow-roasted, made-from-scratch meats and cult-favorite subs like The Bobbie. With corporate and franchise locations across Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and beyond, we're building one of the most recognizable names in the QSR (quick-service restaurant) space — and we're looking for the right person to help tell that story.

About the Role

Capriotti's is hiring a Brand Content & Social Media Manager to own our voice and presence across every social and digital channel. You'll lead content strategy, production, and community management for a growing multi-state restaurant brand — balancing national brand consistency with the energy of individual store locations and franchise partners.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
  • Build and manage the content calendar; direct photo, video, and graphic content production
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines across corporate and franchise-owned accounts
  • Own day-to-day community management — comments, DMs, and brand sentiment monitoring
  • Partner with the marketing/creative team, outside agencies, and franchise operators on regional and national campaigns
  • Track social and content performance (engagement, growth, reach) and report on ROI
  • Manage influencer partnerships, giveaways, contests, and promotional campaigns
  • Support brand storytelling and PR efforts, including coordination with local media
  • Oversee paid social campaigns and manage the associated ad budget
  • Keep website and blog content current and on-brand
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years managing social media/content for a brand, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
  • A track record of growing engaged social audiences and measurable brand awareness
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with content and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar)
  • Experience with scheduling/analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
  • Comfort working with performance data to guide content decisions
  • Excellent project management skills and comfort in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
  • Passion for food, restaurants, or hospitality culture is a plus
Benefits

The Company offers competitive pay in addition to medical, dental, vision, 401k, FSA's, etc.

  • Medical
  • Dental
  • Vision
  • 401(k) matching
  • Employee assistance program
  • Employee discount
  • Flexible spending account
  • Life insurance
