Job Description Summary:The Market Research Associate supports the Roundtable Team's research operations by assisting with qualitative and quantitative research projects, helping manage day-to-day operations of our in-house market research platform, and supporting data analysis and insight development. This role works closely with Product Divisions and cross-functional teams to help ensure research is executed accurately and delivers practical, actionable insights.Job Description:Job Description

Research Project Execution & Management

  • Support the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects (surveys, product testing, co-creation, interviews) under the guidance of the Market Research Manager / Team Lead
  • Assist with project timelines, fieldwork execution, participant management, and deliverables
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and speed

In-House Consumer Research Platform Operations

  • Support daily operations of our in-house market research platform, including project setup, monitoring responses, and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and developers to ensure smooth execution of research activities
  • Assist with testing, rollout, and optimization of new platform features

Data Analysis & Insight Development

  • Analyze research data and help synthesize findings into clear insights and implications
  • Prepare charts, tables, summaries, and draft reports that support strategic recommendations
  • Help identify key consumer patterns, unmet needs, and actionable opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Product Division teams, as well as Marketing and Data teams, to understand research needs
  • Support presentations and insight-sharing sessions with internal stakeholders
  • Help ensure research outputs are practical, relevant, and easy to apply

Quality Control & Research Best Practices

  • Help ensure data accuracy, respondent quality, and methodological rigor
  • Monitor participant behavior and flag potential data quality issues
  • Support continuous improvement of research processes, guidelines, and templates
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, marketing analytics, or related fields
  • Experience supporting or assisting with end-to-end research projects (qualitative & quantitative)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to help translate data into clear, concise insights
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools to support research design, data analysis, and report writing
  • Experience working with research platforms, online panels, or community-based research tools (preferred)
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer goods industries is a strong plus
