Job description

GoodRx is America's healthcare marketplace. Each month, millions of people visit goodrx.com to find reliable health information and discounts for their healthcare - and we've helped people save $60 billion since 2011. We provide prescription discounts that are accepted at more than 70,000 pharmacies in the U.S., as well as telehealth services including doctor visits and lab tests. Our services have been positively reviewed by Good Morning America, The New York Times, NBC News, AARP, and many others.
Our goal is to help Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We offer solutions for consumers, employers, health plans, and anyone else who shares our desire to provide affordable prescriptions to all Americans.
As an intern you will be a part of the 12 week summer internship program that will provide an exceptional learning experience and an opportunity to be a part of a company who is helping Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We are currently looking for hard-working, curious and eager students to join our team.
About the Role:
GoodRx is looking for an AEXIS/Insights Intern to join the AEXIS team. In this role, you'll partner with Insights, Digital Experience, and Integrated Marketing team members to help shape the strategy behind GoodRx's newest subscription condition launches - contributing to real foundational research that influences product and marketing decisions.
Responsibilities:
  • Support early foundational Insights research for a new subscription condition launch (condition is TBD), including (1) assisting with qualitative study design, discussion guide development, participant recruitment coordination, and synthesis of findings into actionable insights and (2) assisting with quantitative research study design - including developing a research plan, survey design, data analysis, and visualization and reporting - to help the team understand consumer behaviors, attitudes, needs, and barriers related to prescription affordability and new subscription categories.
  • Conduct competitor marketing and digital experience audits, evaluating subscription flows, competitor sites, messaging, positioning, and UX across key competitors in the condition category to identify strategic opportunities for GoodRx.
  • Help present findings and synthesized insights to internal stakeholders, developing clear and compelling data storytelling through decks, briefs, and visual summaries.

Skills:
  • Curious, motivated, and ready to work hard - with an interest in consumer behavior, consumer psychology, healthcare, marketing, and research!
  • Strong analytical thinking - comfortable working with survey data, qualitative themes, or competitive findings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create structured, visually clean presentations and written summaries.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams (e.g., research projects, competitor audits) simultaneously.
  • Coursework in consumer insights, market research, user research, marketing, psychology, public health, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) or Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, Dscout, Figma, or similar platforms is a bonus.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree, to which you will return in Fall 2026.
  • Expected Graduation date between May 2027 - June 2028
  • Able to commit to full time internship program for 12 weeks during summer of 2026
  • Preferred location: Hybrid in Santa Monica

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Compensation for undergraduate interns is $22.00 per hour
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available to interns throughout the duration of the internship

We're committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company and industry. That's why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of the best and brightest from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has a seat at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunities to excel.
With that said, research shows that women and other underrepresented groups apply only if they meet 100% of the criteria. GoodRx is committed to leveling the playing field, and we encourage women, people of color, those in the LGBTQ+ communities, and Veterans to apply for positions even if they don't necessarily check every box outlined in the job description. Please still get in touch - we'd love to connect and see if you could be good for the role!
