In the roleย of Consumerย Insights Managerworking inChicago, IL, you will be a part of the Strategy and Capabilities team and work directly with the Marketing Brandย teams. In this role, you will help support the development of consumer learning plans that support Molson Coors' iconic brands, embedding consumerfirst thinking and delivering actionable insights. You will champion brand growth through humanled insights, partnering closely with brand teams to inform key marketing plans and initiatives. This work is critical to driving value and sales for consumers, distributors, and the broader Molson Coors business, while advancing a more forwardlooking insights strategy.ย 

This role also supports the Strategic & Enterprise Insights team - an extension of the Consumer Insights team, built to serve the broader Molson Coors enterprise. This role focuses on understanding evolving dynamics across people, markets and culture and their implications on the beverage landscape that enable sharper, future-focused decisions across the Molson Coors enterprise.ย 

You'll help plan, design and conduct various consumer research studies (including both qualitative and qualitative methods) and help build the "voice of the consumer" within the brand teams.ย 

This position reports to theย Senior Insightsย Manager ofย Above Premium Beerย + Strategy & Enterprise,ย workingย closely with internal and external stakeholders including brand, channel and/or customer teams and research suppliers.ย 

What You'll Be Brewing:ย 

  • Design robust, best-in-class consumer insights learning plans that meet the needs of marketing teamsย 

  • You will helpย determine the appropriate research methodologies to address key strategic questions by incorporating and refining hypotheses from stakeholders to guide study design and trade-offsย 

  • Manage and integrate multiple research methodologies and data sources (e.g., brand health tracking, behavioral data, and custom quantitative research), translating complex findings into clear, actionable consumer insightsย 

  • Manage research projectsย across key marketing focus areas, including brand positioning, campaign and communication developmentย and consumer targeting, to inform strategy and drive business impactย ย 

  • You will identify and communicate consumer insights with key stakeholders and leadership to drive both short term tactical andย long-termย strategic directionย 

  • You are expected to have influence on the direction of the company's brand strategy by always keeping the consumer first and operating with a growth mindsetย ย 

Key Ingredients:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or similar, or better yet MBAย (ideally with social science, research focus)ย 

  • You have at leastย 4ย years ofconsumer researchexperience(supplier, client or agency)ย 

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to manage large, complex datasets such as Nielsen and Circanaย 

  • Working knowledge of a broad range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and key questions for determining appropriate research approachesย 

  • Ability to identifyย and synthesize consumer information to provide insights to key customersย 

  • Excellent time management and organizational skillsย 

  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead projects from initiation through delivery with minimal oversight and guidanceย 

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across an organizationย with a strong enterprise-wide mindsetย 

  • Experience with using foresight and trends to influenceย strategy and learning plansย 

  • Strong teamwork, problem solving and communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)ย ย

Job Posting Total Rewardsย Offerings: $96,600.00ย -ย $126,700.00ย (posting salary range) +ย 15%ย target short term incentiveย +ย $23,000ย on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
