  • Monitor brand health and maintain a deep understanding of category trends and competitive understanding to guide strategic decisions.

  • 7+ Years Experience in Insights & Analytics; Proven background in consumer healthcare, FMCG, beauty/luxury, technology, or similar sectors.
  • Strong ability to synthesize diverse research sources into actionable insights that inform organizational decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Skilled in conveying insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions with clarity and impact.
  • Expertise in translating complex data into compelling narratives tailored to various audiences, combining strategic insights with business acumen.
  • Focused on driving strategic outcomes through influence, collaboration, and organizational savvy, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Deep passion for understanding consumer behavior, with specialized knowledge in consumer insights methodologies to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural environments and familiar with digital-first brand-building strategies, including brand positioning, creative development, and innovation.
