Georgia-Pacific Consumer Business is seeking a Manager, Integrated Media & Digital Innovation to support the Brawny®, Sparkle®, and Vanity Fair® brands based in Atlanta, GA. This role offers the opportunity to shape media strategy for some of Georgia-Pacific's most iconic brands, connecting consumer insights, media investments, and business objectives to drive growth.
The successful candidate will lead media strategy, planning, and activation while partnering across Brand Building, Consumer Knowledge, Analytics, Search, Social, Shopper, and agency teams to unlock new opportunities, strengthen performance, and advance organizational learning. We're looking for a curious, business-minded leader who thrives on experimentation, brings a strong point of view, and can influence decisions that create meaningful business impact.
This is a hybrid role with three days a week in office (Tue/Wed/Thurs).
What You Will Do
  • L ead development and execution of integrated media strategies and plans aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • Serve as the media subject matter expert for the towel & napkins brands, developing strategic recommendations and media marketplace POVs.
  • Connect consumer, category, and business insights to media investments that drive growth and improve business outcomes.
  • Partner with Brand Building, Consumer Knowledge, Analytics, Search, Social, Shopper, and agency teams to develop integrated strategies, plans, and learning agendas.
  • Steward media investments and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Lead a test-and-learn agenda that evaluates new media opportunities, technologies, audiences, and approaches.
  • Translate media performance, measurement, and consumer insights into actionable recommendations that inform future investment decisions.
  • Manage agency and media partner relationships to drive innovation and executional excellence.
