The Consumer Insight Analyst supports the objectives of the marketing team and organization through reliable analysis of data and preparation of reports that demonstrate the success of marketing campaigns including marketing return on investment (ROI). As a sophisticated data professional, the ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in digital marketing analytics and consumer insights, transforming complex data into strategic insights through advanced research methodologies, including consumer studies using platforms like Qualtrics, to support marketing and operational decisions. The analyst must blend technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and strategic communication skills to drive data-informed marketing decisions across digital channels, CRM, and broader marketing initiatives, effectively interpreting data and clearly communicating insights with internal stakeholders.

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in market research, business, marketing or analytics.
  • Three years of previous experience working with sensitive data qualitative and quantitative customer research, including surveys, panels, focus groups, conjoint analysis, and other best-practice methodologies. 
  • Track record of working collaboratively across multiple teams. 
    Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: 
  • MBA preferred.
  • Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with platforms such as customer relationship management, reporting tools such as Power BI and Google Data Studio, survey tools such as Qualtrics, Google Analytics 360 plus proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing data pipelines.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing cloud platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power BI), Snowflake, and cloud data solutions.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics and digital performance tracking.
  • Skills in data visualization and basic predictive analytics.
  • Ability to support marketing attribution model development.
  • Basic experience in designing data-driven marketing analytics solutions.
  • Capability to integrate and analyze data from digital marketing platforms.
  • Emerging skills in developing data tracking and analysis methodologies.
  • Interest in advancing HIPAA-compliant analytics practices.
  • Foundational experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques for marketing insights.
