Your Responsibilities as a Construction Superintendent

  • Lead and supervise field crews daily.
  • Keep projects on schedule and production goals on track.
  • Enforce safety standards with zero shortcuts.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Solve jobsite issues before they become costly problems.

Qualifications

  • 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
  • Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
