Henderson People Solutions is recruiting experienced Construction Superintendents for a premier heavy civil construction organization with projects throughout the New York Metropolitan Area.

This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced construction professionals seeking to lead large-scale infrastructure projects while working with an organization committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Position Summary

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations, supervising project teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily construction activities from project start through completion.
  • Lead field personnel, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate project schedules and daily work activities.
  • Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Owners, and Inspectors.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve field issues promptly.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent.
  • Experience managing Heavy Civil Construction projects.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
