Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Construction Supervisor for a position located in Denver, Colorado, with travel across the state. The Construction Supervisor will be overseeing safety, quality, schedule, and contract compliance on hydro and heavy civil projects. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate should have 5+ years of prior civil construction supervision experience. Construction Supervisor Responsibilities: Review work plans, safety requirements, and weather conditions. Attend project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Perform field inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance. Prepare daily reports documenting construction activities and project updates. Provide oversight, assurance, and coordination throughout construction activities.

Monitor construction work to ensure activities are performed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. Requirements of the Construction Supervisor: 5+ years of prior civil construction supervision experience. Experience with heavy civil construction, concrete/underground work, contractor oversight, and interpretation of drawings and specifications.

Previous experience with hydro, dam, bridge, tunnel, mining, or similar infrastructure projects preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills. Experience with hydroelectric projects, FERC-regulated projects, and government/regulatory environments is preferred.
