Wethered Timberworks LLC is seeking an Entry Level Construction Worker to join our onsite team in Colville, WA.

Position Summary

As an Entry Level Construction Worker, you will support hands-on construction activities by assisting skilled tradespeople, preparing job sites, and helping maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, follow instructions, and contribute to quality workmanship from day one.

You will work onsite as part of a team and perform a variety of physical tasks related to construction and site support, while adhering to safety standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic construction tasks such as material handling, site cleanup, and setup/support work

  • Follow directions from supervisors and experienced team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently

  • Maintain a safe work environment by using required personal protective equipment and following site safety rules

  • Support the preparation and organization of job sites to ensure tools and materials are ready for daily work
