Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Sales Representative to focus primarily on commercial tenant improvement (TI) and local commercial construction sales. This role is ideal for someone with strong construction sales experience who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and contributing directly to company growth.
This position combines field-based selling with flexible scheduling and remote work options-offering autonomy, growth opportunity, and meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
  • Identify, pursue, and close new commercial construction and tenant improvement opportunities, with an emphasis on local projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, facility managers, general contractors, and decision-makers
  • Lead outreach, prospecting, presentations, estimates, and negotiations to drive revenue
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
  • Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and expectations
  • Represent CAMCO professionally in the field and at industry events
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking and pipeline reporting

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within construction, commercial TI, or related B2B/field sales
