Job description

Job Title: Construction Project SuperintendentJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Lead site logistics, inspections, and short-term scheduling.
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers, owners, inspectors, and design partners.
  • Track progress, manpower, and productivity using construction management software.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and field documentation.
  • Lead punch list and closeout efforts through final inspections and occupancy.
  • Promote lean construction practices and continuous improvement.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in construction, commercial construction, and general contractor management.
  • Experience in subcontractor management and safety enforcement.
  • Expertise in construction supervision and quality control.
  • Familiarity with Procore and construction management software.
  • OSHA 30 certification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $67.00/hr.
