Job description

Total Paving & Brick Services is seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Construction Operations & Production Coordinator to support our paving, concrete, and commercial construction operations.


This role is responsible for production tracking, job costing, supplier and material ticket entry, scheduling coordination, reporting, and operational support between field crews and office staff.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in construction operations, production coordination, dispatching, job costing, or a related operations role within the construction industry.

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, communication, and follow-through.


This department is intentionally structured to remain manageable for an experienced individual and is not intended to require excessive overtime beyond a normal 40–45 hour workweek.


Responsibilities

  • Track labor, material, trucking, and production costs
  • Enter supplier tickets, invoices, and operational data accurately
  • Build and maintain operational spreadsheets and reports
  • Assist with scheduling coordination and production tracking
  • Monitor job profitability and operational performance
  • Coordinate communication between office staff and field supervisors
  • Support workflow improvements and operational reporting processes


Required Qualifications
