Roof Depot is hiring a Field Construction Assistant to support our Homebuilder Solutions team. This role is built for someone who wants to build a career in construction, take ownership in the field, and be part of a team focused on execution, quality, and accountability.

Getting started in your career or looking to make a change?
This role is designed to develop future Field Construction Managers and operational leaders. You will work in the field alongside experienced leaders and gain hands-on experience on active job sites.

What You Will Do

  • Support daily field operations across active job sites
  • Communicate with crews and builders to keep projects on schedule
  • Assist with quality control and safety inspections
  • Help manage materials, shortages, and returns
  • Track job progress from start to completion
  • Support punch lists, warranty items, and final walkthroughs
