Daily Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the overall site/earthwork and building schedule with team members, vendors, crews, and supervisors.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding the construction process.
  • Coordinate building schedules with crews, manage material ordering, and pay attention to detail in finishing the building.
  • Track all materials scheduled for delivery and communicate as necessary.
  • Review code and safety issues, identifying and reporting any violations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Extensive experience in site/earthwork and building construction.
