Monarca Renovations LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Commercial Construction Project Manager that requires some travel throughout the United States. The Commercial Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Project Manager will also be responsible for managing construction site personnel, communicating with clients and subcontractors, building out budgets and schedules, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

·         Construction Site Management, Project Management, and Organization Skills

·         Construction Safety

·         Excellent communication and leadership skills

·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

·         Ability to build out a budget for a construction project

·         Ability to put together and implement a construction schedule for a project

·         Experience in construction industry and field operations

·         OSHA 30 certification is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, experience managing internal project superintendents and subcontractors, and knowledge of sustainable building practices.

Pay Structure:

Salary = $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
