Your Role & Impact

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination between clients, design teams, superintendents, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project plans
  • Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Lead client communication and maintain strong working relationships
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost
  • Facilitate project meetings, including preconstruction and progress meetings
  • Track project documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
✅ Strong understanding of construction means and methods
✅ Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
✅ Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
✅ Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experience with Procore and/or CMiC
✔ Background in Corporate, Healthcare, or Higher Education construction environments
✔ Experience managing occupied or mission-critical facilities
