Construction managers often oversee several subcontractors working simultaneously on different aspects of a project. A common challenge is ensuring effective communication and scheduling to prevent delays or conflicts between trades, such as plumbing, electrical, and framing. Building strong relationships and conducting regular coordination meetings helps keep everyone aligned and the project on track.
