Daily Responsibilities: Coordinate the overall site/earthwork and building schedule with team members, vendors, crews, and supervisors. Demonstrate proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding the construction process.

Coordinate building schedules with crews, manage material ordering, and pay attention to detail in finishing the building. Track all materials scheduled for delivery and communicate as necessary. Review code and safety issues, identifying and reporting any violations.

Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in site/earthwork and building construction. Strong understanding of building technicalities. Experience in commercial construction preferred.
