Job description

We are a small General Contractor that specializes in Custom Residential Estate Construction. We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team and work full time in our Home Office in West Palm Beach.!

This is an ideal position for someone presently in College who needs to work during the day and go to School at night; because your daily responsibilities will allow you to do Homework while you are at your Desk in our Office!

You will perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This is a perfect opportunity for someone interested in broadening their construction administrative skills; and/or taking their first step on the ladder to Construction Management!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist Visitors coming to our Office
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Receive UPS / FedEx Delivers to our Office.
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as directed.
  • Assist Estimating Department in Bid Preparation, Subcontractor Participation, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Driver's License and has a dependable vehicle
  • Professional Appearance - Smart Casual Clothing
  • Good Phone Skills
  • Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft File Explorer, Excel, Email
  • Willingness to learn Construction Software:  Bluebeam
