  • Strengthen endpoint security through BitLocker, device hardening, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and CIS-aligned configurations.
  • Partner with IT leadership, security, systems, and service desk teams to improve endpoint security, support processes, escalation paths, and overall efficiency.
  • Evaluate endpoint and user technology solutions, vendors, licensing, and tools based on security, usability, cost, and long-term fit.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, processes, and support procedures to create a consistent, scalable environment.
  • Collaborate with business partners and remote sites to translate technology needs into practical, secure, and supportable solutions.
  • Support select telecom and Teams Phone services, including cellular devices, phones, conference room technology, carriers, and vendors.
  • Participate in IT projects, change management, ITSM processes, and cross-functional initiatives impacting end-user technology.

The ideal candidate will have the following educational and experience background:
  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience with significant experience in endpoint administration, desktop engineering, systems administration, or related roles.
  • Experience managing Windows endpoints and endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager, Endpoint Central, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, networking, and end-user technologies.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security, including encryption, vulnerability remediation, device compliance, configuration baselines, conditional access, and least-privilege principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior technical level, making sound decisions, evaluating risk, and balancing security, usability, scalability, supportability, and cost.
  • Experience developing and maintaining endpoint standards, processes, device provisioning, application deployment, patching, compliance, and workstation lifecycle management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complex endpoint and user technology issues.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams, vendors, business leaders, and end users.
  • Ability to work independently, identify risks and opportunities, make recommendations, and translate business needs into practical, secure, and supportable technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate or similar certification preferred.

Success in This Role Looks Like:
