Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB, Asset Management, and other enterprise modules.
  • Define architecture standards, design patterns, governance models, and best practices aligned with CSDM and ServiceNow platform guidelines.
  • Develop high-level and low-level solution designs, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to define platform roadmaps and strategic direction.
  • Serve as the primary ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on platform capabilities, automation opportunities, and architectural decisions.
  • Design scalable and maintainable custom applications, workflows, portals, and automation solutions.
  • Architect and implement integrations with enterprise platforms such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, and other third-party applications.
  • Design and support integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, MID Server, Kafka, and other messaging technologies.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks covering data integrity, security, access controls, deployment processes, update sets, and version control.
  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Drive CMDB governance, data quality improvements, CSDM adoption, and service mapping maturity.
  • Mentor developers and technical teams, enforce coding standards, and conduct architecture and design reviews.
  • Lead platform upgrades, patch management, feature enablement, and release planning activities.
  • Assess upgrade impacts, define remediation strategies, and ensure seamless adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Drive continuous platform optimization, innovation, and automation initiatives to maximize business value.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and solution design experience.
  • Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
  • Deep understanding of CSDM, CMDB governance, Service Mapping, Discovery, and platform optimization.
  • Proven experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT, MID Server, and enterprise application integrations.
  • Experience in platform governance, deployment strategies, update set management, source control, and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Generative AI, and ServiceNow automation capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers in complex ServiceNow implementations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
