Job description

Job Title: Configuration Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a configuration analyst for configuring new/existing customer implementations for RevSpring’s proprietary SaaS (software as a service) applications. This individual will be responsible for configuring customer web applications (portals) and pay gateways for RevSpring customers.
Essential Functions:
  • Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate portal configurations
  • Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity
  • SME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)
  • Documentation and Training for existing and new configuration options
  • Documentation and maintaining customer configuration profiles
  • Working directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analyst
  • Some direct client communication is required
Minimum Requirements:
