Position Title: Administrative Support / Information Specialist
Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite at USTDA Headquarters)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contingent Upon Contract Award
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship required
Position Overview
D2 Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Support / Information Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and information management support in a fast‑paced federal environment. This role supports records and information management, federal travel administration, conference room operations, audio‑visual troubleshooting, and general office and facilities support. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support information and records management activities
  • Assist with administrative procedures, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Support federal travel‑related administrative tasks and coordination
  • Set up conference rooms, board rooms, and training rooms for meetings and events
  • Provide onsite audio‑visual troubleshooting and technical support
  • Support office, facilities, HR, and security‑related administrative functions
  • Maintain strong communication and customer service with internal stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of administrative management or related experience
  • Experience with organizational procedures, program evaluation, staff support, and administrative operations
  • Knowledge of information and records management practices
  • Experience with federal travel regulations and travel administration
  • Hands‑on experience with conference room setup and AV troubleshooting
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, information management, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in information management or administrative support preferred
