GOALS for Autism, Inc. is hiring a full-time BCBA for their Pittsburg, Antioch and Brentwood practice. Based in San Francisco, GOALS is founder-run for the past 11 years and values driven. We have a unique opportunity for a BCBA to have the support of our founder and Bay area team, while leading the Las Vegas team. We have weekly supervisor meetings across geographies for ongoing collaboration and believe strongly in training and growth opportunities for our staff. GOALS for Autism believes strongly in quality of life for staff and provides staff ample time for personal growth and staff development.
Responsibilities and Opportunities:
  • Develop individualized programs for clients, ages 14 months and older in natural settings.
  • Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by the direct care team.
  • Provide feedback and training to BT staff, interns, mid-level supervisors, and parents in naturalistic setting.
  • Manage team of BTs and RBTs, including RBT competency assessments and RBT supervision within BACB requirements.
  • Parent training
  • Meet monthly with the chief clinical officer to communicate client needs.
  • Ongoing clinical and business training depending on your interests including OBM coaching and Acceptance and Commitment therapy training
  • Leadership opportunities include BT recruiting, developing and providing BT training and leading clinical supervisor meetings with presentations on relevant research and clinical updates
  • Opportunity to lead Telehealth social skills groups. GOALS will provide telehealth and social skills training
